Youth For Christ Puerto Rico reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus Christ, who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement.
National Director
Xavier Badillo
Xavier Badillo is a ministry leader and director with over 17 years of experience in education and ministry, dedicated to the holistic development of young people and organizational growth. His journey with Youth For Christ Puerto Rico (YFCPR) began as a volunteer and Chairman of the Board of Directors and later as Director of Operations and Development (2022–2024), where he helped lead daily operations, strengthen internal structures, and support the ministry’s expansion across the island. Currently, he serves as National Director of YFCPR, providing strategic and visionary leadership to advance youth evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development. Xavier believes deeply in the power of teamwork and collaboration, and considers it a blessing to lead an exceptional team of staff and volunteers while witnessing how God continues to miraculously provide growth, impact, and sustainability for the ministry across Puerto Rico.
