Internships
At Youth for Christ Puerto Rico, we believe God uses young leaders to make a lasting impact. Our interns become part of the team—growing in faith, leadership, and ministry while serving youth across the island.
Our internships are for motivated individuals ready to learn, lead, and experience the vibrant culture of Puerto Rico. Your internship will be a season of spiritual, personal, and professional growth you won’t forget.
**All interest & inquiries will be processed through the Youth for Christ International Immerse program. They will work directly with you in the application, initial interview, onboarding, & fundraising process.
Packages
Our internship packages are designed to give high school graduates up to age 23 a fully immersive ministry and cultural experience in Puerto Rico. Each package includes lodging, meals, transportation, and all ministry-related costs—everything you need to serve, learn, and grow during your time with us (airfare not included). All interest and inquiries are processed through the Youth for Christ International Immerse Program, which will guide you step-by-step through your application, interview, onboarding, and fundraising process.
Spring Internship
There will be 2 spaces available during:
January 29 - April 24, 2027

$6,000 fundraising goal
Summer Internship
There will be 4 spaces available during:
June 4 - August 1, 2027
Application deadline: March 1, 2026
8 weeks
$4,000 fundraising goal
Fall Internship
There will be 2 spaces available during:
September 17 - December 11, 2027
