Youth For Christ Puerto Rico reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus Christ, who lead by their godliness in lifestyle, devotion to the word of God and prayer, passion for sharing the love of Christ, and commitment to social involvement.
National Director
Xavier Badillo
Xavier Badillo is a ministry leader and director with over 17 years of experience in education and ministry, committed to the holistic development of young people and organizational growth. His journey with Youth For Christ Puerto Rico (YFCPR) began as a volunteer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, where he supported strategic direction and helped ensure alignment with the national mission. He later served as Director of Operations and Development (2022–2024), leading daily ministry operations, financial administration, and strategic development alongside the National Director. In this role, he strengthened internal structures and promoted sustainable ministry expansion across the island.
Currently, Xavier serves as National Director of YFCPR, providing visionary leadership, strategic planning, and national ministry oversight. In this role, he advances youth evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development while working closely with the Board of Directors, ministry staff, and strategic partners to expand transformational impact in the lives of young people throughout Puerto Rico.
